Staffmark Group is seeking a Machine Operator in Somerset, NJ, to operate bottling and packaging machinery in a fast-paced, safety-conscious production environment. You will monitor equipment, perform quality checks, and support line changeovers while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

• Inspected finished goods for defects and compliance with company quality standards.
• Assisted with line changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
• Maintained clean work areas in compliance with GMP and workplace safety standards.
• Packaged finished products and prepared shipments for distribution.
• Consistently met daily production quotas while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
