Job summary

Danone North America currently seeks a Night Machine Operator in Fort Worth, TX. The role covers operating production lines, performing basic repairs, and assisting in training. You may rotate among lines and assist with SOPs and maintenance coordination.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and familiarity with CIP processes. Shift flexibility including weekends and nights is required; food/beverage environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience with CIP (Clean In Place) processes.
• Ability to change over lines for flavors, formats and sizes.
• Ability to load boxes into feed and materials for the production line.
• Operate pallet jack and other basic equipment.
• Enter data into computer systems.
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles.
• Experience in a food/beverage environment is a plus.
• Shift flexibility including weekends and nights is required.
• Able to work under pressure and stay self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Short Intro and About the Job

At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Night Machine Operator based in Fort Worth!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• You are willing and able to perform all jobs in the Production Business Unit (filling and packaging).
• Unless otherwise directed by management, machine operators will rotate among themselves and be responsible for the designated line.
• You will be responsible for minor repairs and adjustments
• You will assist in training of operators
• You will consult with management in developing, improving, and modifying standard operating procedures (SOP's) and training manuals
• You will work in conjunction with maintenance on maintenance and preventive maintenance functions within business units
• You will help in establishment of equipment set points
• You will appropriate bargaining unit duties as assigned

About You

• You have High Diploma or equivalent
• You have manufacturing experience
• You have experience in CIP (Clean in Place) process
• You are able to change overprocess to accommodate flavors, formats and sizes
• You can load boxes into feed
• You can load materials and supplies for the production line
• You can operate Pallet Jack
• You can enter data into computer
• You are able to operate powered industrial vehicles
• You have experience within a food/beverage environment is preferred.
• You are flexible with shifts, where working on weekends and nights is required
• You have the ability to work under pressure and potentially stressful conditions
• You are self-motivated and a self-starter
