Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with start times spanning 7:15am to 11:30pm. Candidates should be dependable, hands-on, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Formación

• Operate production and distribution equipment throughout the shift.

• Inspect products, handle materials, and perform quality checks.
• Assist with packaging and equipment maintenance.
• Follow SOPs and report equipment or production concerns.
• Help train new team members and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and food safety guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement and help reduce waste.

Position Title: Machine Operator

Wage: $21.82 - $24.82/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd

Hours: 7:15am - 3:30pm, 3:15pm - 11:30pm or 11:15pm - 7:30am

We are looking for dependable Machine Operators to join our team in Norway, IA. This position involves operating and adjusting production equipment, maintaining product quality, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, takes initiative, and works well independently and as part of a team.

Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate production and distribution equipment throughout the shift
• Make equipment adjustments and complete line changeovers to maintain product quality

• Assist with packaging projects and equipment maintenance
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report equipment or production concerns
• Help train new team members and work with other departments to resolve issues
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food safety guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and help reduce waste

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong computer skills
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to operate machinery
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to take initiative
• Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs
• Food production experience is a plus, but not required
