Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.

Job Details

Location: Durham, NC

Pay Range: $16 ($18.13 after 3-week training course)

Schedule: 6:45PM - 6:45AM (2 ON / 2 OFF / 3 ON)

Responsibilities

• Operate slitter machine to meet production, waste, and quality standards.
• Identify and correct malfunctions in equipment and products.
• Document, set up, and handle raw materials for the process.
• Prepare, place, and remove paper rolls as needed.
• Verify production quantities meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college education is a plus.
• At least one year of manufacturing or mechanical experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for machine setup and operation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office for logging and documentation.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
