Job summary

Panelmatic in Conroe, TX is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to set up and operate press brake, shear, and punch press equipment for metal fabrication used in electrical/control panels and related components.

You will read blueprints, measure parts with calipers and tape measures, run tools, and follow safety procedures to meet production and quality requirements.

This night shift role includes a $2.00/hr differential and an effective rate of $22.00–$27.00/hr, DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience operating press brake, shear, or punch press machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and use measuring tools.
• Experience with calipers and tape measures is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with safety in mind.

Job Summary:
Apache Workforce is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their manufacturing team in Conroe, TX. Operators will be responsible for setting up and operating various metal fabrication machinery used in the production of electrical/control panels and related components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press brake, shear, and punch press equipment.
• Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
• Measure and inspect parts for accuracy and quality.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and production standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating press brake, shear, or punch press machinery.
• Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and use measuring tools.
• Experience with calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
