Job summary

Trulite is seeking a Machine Operator in Columbus, OH to join a safety‑mocused, team‑oriented environment. You will operate a glass edging machine, inspect for defects, and follow labels and paperwork to keep production moving.

Daily tasks include reading instructions from supervisors, lifting up to 75 lbs, and collaborating with teammates in a non-climate-controlled facility. Benefits start day one, with weekly pay and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing setting, glass industry preferred.
• Ability to read labels and follow work orders precisely.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs solo and up to 150 lbs with assistance.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Inspecting product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues
• Following work instructions by reading labels to expedite the production process; understanding and communicating paperwork and labels/picking list.
• Setting up and operating a single-side straight-line glass-edging machine to polish glass or mirror edges.

Skills You Bring:

• CMS, CNC, Hand Fab, or Polish Machine Operator experience.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment; Glass industry is preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted. Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to push weights greater than 150lbs with a team.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow instructions from Supervisor, Plant Manager and/or Branch Manager.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with same climate conditions of the region in a non-climate-controlled facility (Heat, Cold, humidity).
