Kelly Services is seeking a Press Brake Operator for the second shift in Columbus, OH. You will set up and operate high-tonnage CNC press brakes (Amada & Toyokoki), read blueprints, and ensure part tolerances are met through precise measurements.
The role requires familiarity with ISO quality standards, the ability to perform offset adjustments, and the use of finishing and deburring tools. Training may begin on first shift as needed.
Press Brake Operator – Second Shift
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 p.m.–1:45 a.m.
Initial training may occur on 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate 85–175 ton CNC and ATC Amada & Toyokoki press brakes (must be able to fully set up, not just operate).
Read and interpret blueprints with high accuracy.
Work within tolerances of +.005” and degrees.
Measure and record part dimensions with calipers and micrometers.
Make necessary offset adjustments.
Follow and retain detailed instructions; comply with ISO procedures/quality standards.
Operate finishing equipment (e.g., Fladder, hand grinders, deburring tools).
Learn and perform hardware insertion tasks.
Use power/air and hand tools, including a rivet gun, effectively.
Assist with mechanical assembly as needed.
Safely handle repetitive lifting (up to 75 lbs. regularly; average part weight 2–
