What You'll Do

• Operate and program CNC tube bending machines (electro-hydraulic/manual CNC)
• Read and interpret blueprints, bend data, and spec sheets with precision and accuracy
• Utilize trigonometry, XYZ coordinates, angles, and rotations to ensure exact bend measurements
• Measure and inspect bends using calipers, protractors, and gauges to meet tight tolerances
• Troubleshoot and make on-the-fly adjustments to minimize scrap and ensure part quality
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine setups and optimize efficiency
• Train junior operators and serve as a technical resource on the shop floor

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in CNC tube bending (preferably for hydraulic or industrial applications)
• Proficiency in trigonometry, spatial measurement, and geometric calculations
• Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings and schematics
• Familiarity with mandrel bending, rotary draw, or roll bending processes
• Experience with setup, calibration, and machine maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to fine detail
• A dependable, safety-focused work ethic
