Nesco Resource in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure safety and quality on a rotating 12‑hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous Machine Operator experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical skills.
• Basic math and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery while following all safety and quality standards.
• Set up, adjust, and perform changeovers on machinery as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure efficient and continuous production.
• Perform quality inspections and accurately document production information.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Work closely with the production team and assist with other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift and Night Shifts are available! Rotating 12-hour shifts (36 hours one week, 48 hours the following week)
