Job summary

Nesco Resource is hiring a Machine Operator to produce spring products that meet customer specifications and quality standards. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, checking finished products, and keeping accurate production records.

Most workweeks are 40 hours with training may be provided on different equipment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM; Pay: $17.50 per hour. This position is Full-time/Temp to Hire with benefits offered by Nesco Resource.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform routine quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to safety.
• Willingness to learn and operate different equipment.
