Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves loading and threading heavy metal coils, monitoring the feed, and performing routine maintenance to keep the line moving.

You will operate stamping and cutting processes, inspect parts for defects, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in accordance with OSHA guidelines. Prior manufacturing experience is required, with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School education required.
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

  • Coil Management: Load, position, and thread heavy metal coils into the machine.
  • Machine Operation: Oversee stamping and cutting, ensure peak efficiency and quality.
  • Mechanical Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
  • Quality Control: Visually inspect finished parts for defects and ensure precise cuts.
  • Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe workspace following OSHA rules.
  • Experience requirement: Prior manufacturing experience is required.

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a high-energy role that requires constant movement, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to handle heavy materials. You will be responsible for the primary operation of our coil machinery, ensuring a steady flow of production by managing material coils and performing routine maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Coil Management: Load, position, and thread heavy metal coils into the machine. Monitor the feed to ensure continuous operation and replace exhausted coils promptly.
  • Machine Operation: Oversee the stamping and cutting process, ensuring the machine is running at peak efficiency and output meets quality standards.
  • Mechanical Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machines to minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Visually inspect finished parts for defects and ensure precise cuts according to specifications.
  • Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocol
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is required
Physical Requirements
  • Heavy lifting- Regularly lifting, pushing and pulling heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
  • Standing 8 hours a day
The essential functions of this role include
