• Ability to wear PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, steel-toe shoes).
• Manufacturing/production environment with exposure to noise, dust, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor assigned production machinery.
• Perform equipment adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Accurately complete production, quality, and downtime documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures, including PPE usage.
• Assist with changeovers, setup, and startup of production lines.
• Work collaboratively with team members, maintenance personnel, and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
