Closets By Design Charlotte is seeking a diligent Machine Operator to join our fast-paced production team in Charlotte, NC. You will set up and calibrate machines, feed materials, and monitor output to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have basic maintenance skills, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Safety protocols and teamwork are essential as you support timely production and continuous improvement.

• Set up machines for production, including cleaning and calibration
• Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
• Monitor machine output to identify and correct defects or errors
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Expedite orders and respond to urgent requests as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Other duties as assigned
