Job summary

True Fab & Powder in Chandler, AZ is hiring a hands-on Machine Operator for our daytime shift. This blue-collar role emphasizes reliability, learning, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

You will set up and operate band saws and cold saws, perform basic layout and measurement of raw materials, prep for secondary operations, and support powder coating preparation. Training on CNC vertical/machining centers may be provided based on performance.

True Fab & Powder is hiring a Machine Operator for our Chandler, Arizona facility.We are looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
