Are you a skilled and experienced Machine Operator looking for a challenging and rewarding career? Design Ready Fabrications is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team! This is a 2nd shift schedule with a M-Th 4x10s schedule. Start time of 3:00pm.

Interviews will start happening right away, however the start date for the position will be June 16th at the earliest.

What You'll Do:

As a Machine Operator at Design Ready Fabrications, you'll be at the heart of our production process. You'll operate and maintain a variety of machinery, ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. This includes:

• Operating cutting-edge machinery: From CNC machines and presses to laser cutters (depending on the specific role), you'll be hands-on with the equipment.
• Setting up and programming: You'll load materials, adjust settings, and program CNC controls, showcasing your technical expertise.
• Monitoring and optimizing: You'll keep a close eye on machine performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure top-notch output.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving: You'll be the first line of defense, identifying and resolving any machine issues that arise.
• Quality control: Your keen eye for detail will ensure our finished products meet our exacting standards.
• Safety first: You'll adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Teamwork: You'll collaborate with fellow operators, supervisors, and quality control personnel to achieve production goals.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience operating machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in operating and programming machines.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. occasionally (with assistance).
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay rate in the range of $24.00-$27.00 DOE.
