Job Description: As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient operation of various machinery to meet production targets and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include operating fiber lasers, plasma tables, and press brakes, among other equipment, to fabricate metal components according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate machinery including fiber lasers, plasma tables, and press brakes to cut, bend, and shape metal components.
2. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate production.
3. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications and make necessary adjustments.
4. Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
5. Conduct quality inspections of finished parts to verify adherence to specifications and quality standards.
6. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
7. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow.
8. Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and inventory levels.
9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality control standards at all times.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment -- or demonstrated willingness to learn!
2. Familiarity with operating fiber lasers, plasma tables, and press brakes is preferred, but not required. We will teach you!
3. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints -- or willingness to learn.
4. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
8. Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
9. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
10. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
