Job Overview:

A Machine Operator sets up, operates, and maintains machinery in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include ensuring equipment efficiency, monitoring quality, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and following safety protocols to meet standards. Candidates should have attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform duties such as assembly, packaging, and machine operation.
2. Review work orders and blueprints to ensure compliance with specifications.
3. Conduct visual inspections and complete quality check sheets.
4. Troubleshoot discrepancies.
5. Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient with calipers, squares, gauges, protractors, and other measuring tools.
2. Strong math and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
4. Physical ability to bend, twist, reach, walk, stand, lift, carry, push, and pull as required.
