Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring for entry-level Machine Operators in Beaver Dam, WI. The role offers a starting pay of $21 per hour with a $1.70 premium on the second shift, and includes an excellent benefits package upon permanent hire.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm, with opportunities for advancement and internal promotions. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and candidates must be 18 years or older, reliable, and eager to learn.
