Position Summary

The employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, high places, dust, airborne particles, loud noises, and vibration. Standing for long periods, climbing stairs, and moving equipment are required. Proper PPE must be worn at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, and change parts on machinery.
• Perform visual inspections and document findings.
• Report non-compliance or issues with machinery or product.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately.
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety procedures.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and familiarize with operating systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with manufacturing machinery preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in food manufacturing and GMP preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude in high-stress environments.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays.
