Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to run fabrication machinery, maintain equipment, and ensure precise cuts and finishes for stone products.

You will inspect slabs, polish edges, and apply knowledge of materials to deliver quality output while supporting production schedules. Mentoring peers and adhering to protocols are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Basic to advanced mechanical skills related to equipment maintenance
• Ability to drive production according to a set schedule
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Cross-functional expertise on multiple pieces of equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to identify stone characteristics and material defects with accuracy
• Exhibits leadership and mentoring skills as experience increases

Responsibilities

• Basic to advanced mechanical skills related to equipment maintenance
• Ability to drive production according to a set schedule
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Cross-functional expertise on multiple pieces of equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend and stoop for 8+ hours.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Pay range: $22-$24/hour plus benefits
