Mancan Staffing is hiring a Plastic Injection Mold Machine Operator in Ashland, Ohio. This role operates large Roto Mold machines, removes products from molds, checks quality, and packs finished goods.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with pay starting at $15.50 per hour and rising to $16.50 after a 30-day probationary period. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods and frequently lift 30–50 lbs; prior experience with manufacturing equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating large injection mold machines.

• Willingness to work multiple shifts (1st/2nd/3rd).

2ND SHIFT HOURS ARE 3PM-11PM

3RD SHIFT HOURS ARE 11PM-7AM

Pay: $15.50/After 30 days it bumps up to $16.50

Machine Operator:

• This position operates a large machine to produce the product, and some hand tools are used in the process.
• Employees will operate large Roto Mold Machines, remove product from mold, check for quality and package.
• Must be comfortable standing and lifting frequently 30-50lbs.
