Job summary

Storm-Search- is seeking a Machine Operator in Rhode Island for 1st or 2nd shift to operate and monitor molding presses, inspect outputs, and maintain safety and quality standards.

You will be responsible for labeling and packaging products, reporting issues, and performing general housekeeping while assisting with assembly tasks as needed. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma OR GED is required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor up to five molding presses according to production schedules.
• Inspect molded products hourly for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Report quality issues to the Team Leader, Processor, Quality, or Shift Supervisor.
• Grind runners and inspect cappers for proper production.
• Monitor grinders, presses, tracks, bowls, and conveyors.
• Label and package finished products while separating accepted and rejected material.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform general housekeeping, including sweeping and trash removal.
• May assist with Assembly and Inspection functions as needed.
• Lift up to 35 lbs. and regularly stand, walk, bend, crouch, squat, and reach.
