Job summary

US Tech Force in Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Operator to join a growing team. You will work on the 1st or 2nd shift, performing quality checks and measurements in a clean, safety‑minded environment.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, an eye for detail, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Caliper use and forklift awareness are a plus, with on‑the‑job training provided.

US TECH FORCE is currently looking for a Machine Operatorto join a growing team!

As a Machine Operator you will have the chance to apply your knowledge, learn new skills, and work as a team within a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate for this role has experience in the manufacturing sector, pays strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety.

Hours:

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4pm-2am

Wage: $17 – $18 depending on shift

Machine Operator requirements:

• Must have an eye for quality and measurement along with the ability to consistently lift between 20-30 pounds.
• ability to use calipers and ruler to inspect product quality.
• Understand and utilize basic math skills, including decimals and reading measurements
• Experience using a caliper or other related measuring equipment
• Basic reading andwriting
• Must have ability to maintain and be authorized to operate forklift and/or other power industrial trucks.
