Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Allentown, PA is seeking a Lead Machine Operator for a Monday–Friday, 10pm–6:15am shift. You will operate and oversee production machinery, provide leadership to the team, and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficiency and safety.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on machine operator experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. This position requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure smooth production processes and consistent quality.
