Job Title: Machine Operator

Design Ready Fabrications is seeking a highly motivated Machine Operator to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for precision, and are committed to quality and safety, we want to hear from you!

Schedule

2nd shift, Monday-Thursday, 4x10s, starting at 3:00 pm. Interviews start immediately; earliest start date is June 16th.

Responsibilities

1. Operate and maintain machinery such as CNC machines, presses, and laser cutters.
2. Set up, program, and adjust equipment for optimal performance.
3. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
5. Ensure quality control standards are met.
6. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
2. At least 1 year of machine operating experience.
3. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
4. Proficiency in operating and programming machinery.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
7. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
8. Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay between $24.00 and $27.00, DOE.
