Job summary

QuickPro Staffing is seeking a hands-on Machine Mechanic (Adjuster) for the Lebanon/Mason area on 2nd shift (training on 1st shift). The role offers $25-$32 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential and a full-benefits package.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment, read blueprints, and work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years combined experience in industrial maintenance, machine operation, or manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with machine setups, adjustments, and repairs preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Mechanic to support production operations by troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment.
