Menehune Water Company is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to keep our bottling machinery running at peak efficiency. You will perform inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure continuous production of high-quality water across Hawaii.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on troubleshooting skills, the ability to read technical manuals, and a commitment to safe work practices in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Inspect production machinery routinely and correct issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
• Complete repairs and part replacements.

• Keep detailed maintenance records, including work orders and parts inventory.

About the Role

Menehune Water Company is looking for a Machine Maintenance Technician to join our 5 Gallon Division. You’ll keep our bottling machinery running at peak efficiency through inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair, so we can keep delivering pure, high-quality water to customers across Hawaii.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect production machinery routinely and correct issues promptly
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems

• Calibrate and fine-tune machines for performance and product quality

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance, including mechanical and electrical wire repair and pneumatic and hydraulic theory and procedure
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and handle heavy objects
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a strong commitment to safe work practices
