Compensation: $33.00 - $38.00 / hour

Position Overview

Global Precision Products is seeking a CNC Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery in a CNC shop and building maintenance. Responsibilities include adjustments using measuring instruments, schematics, ladder diagrams, and blueprints, as well as machine installation and electrical hook-up. Strong electrical skills, including motor repair and bearings, are essential. Adherence to safety standards is mandatory.

Our shop features equipment such as Multispindle, Swiss (Citizen), Multi Axis CNC (Nakamura), Milling, Waterjet, Smart Scopes, CMM, Presses, Robotic Arms, and more. Compensation varies based on experience in CNC maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot CNC equipment and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM).
• Perform corrective maintenance on CNC machinery.
• Inspect and analyze systems and equipment.
• Read repair manuals and collaborate with professionals.
• Conduct tests and interpret results.
• Document reports, safety regulations, and maintenance plans.
• Perform building maintenance, small repairs, lawn care, snow/ice removal, and other tasks as assigned.
