Title:Machine Maintenance Technician

Position: Part Time

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:00pm – 7:00pm

Pay Range: $20 – 23/HR

Location: Clarence Center, NY

Job Duties “At-a-Glance”:

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on stone fabrication equipment including CNC machines, bridge saws, edge polishers, waterjet cutters, air compressors, and vacuum lifters.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Calibrate machinery to ensure cutting and finishing accuracy.
  • Inspect and replace worn or damaged parts and tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts used, and equipment history.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

  • HS diploma or GED, technical certification or vocational training preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to read technical manuals, schematics, anddrawings.
  • Physically fit,lift heavy objects, work in dusty environment, and operate hand and power tools.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in industrial or machine maintenance in a stone, construction, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
