Job summary

Haleon in Oak Hill, WV is seeking a Machine Maintenance Mechanic on the day shift to maintain production and facility assets and troubleshoot line equipment. The role requires hands-on repair of high-speed packaging lines, preventive maintenance, and a proactive approach to reliability and safety.

You will work with cross-functional teams, follow GMP/SOP guidelines, and utilize CMMS for maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years experience troubleshooting and repairing High Speed automated packaging equipment.
• Welding knowledge of Tig, Mig, Arc and Gas preferred
• Basic sheet metal skills including guarding fabrication and layout

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment problems and take corrective action to achieve optimum line efficiency.
• Independently set up changeover and repair filling equipment and packaging lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on all equipment as required
• Follow SOP and GMP requirements during maintenance work
• Review equipment status and downtime to recommend improvements
