Job summary

Tech9 in Vineyard, UT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment, including packaging lines and conveyors. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills and hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems and CMMS documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a related technical degree is a plus.
• 2–5 years of field experience in automated packaging or food processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery including mixers, fillers, packaging equipment, and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and work with engineering to implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and fabrication to improve process efficiency and uptime.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs in CMMS per regulatory requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training.
