Job summary

I I Stanley Co., Inc. is a Battle Creek, Michigan-based manufacturer of automotive lighting components seeking a skilled technician for injection molding repair and maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and hands-on expertise with hydraulics, electronics, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include repair work on molds, bench finishing, TIG and laser welds, CNC/Mills/EDM setup and CAM programming, and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Two–five years in injection molding repair.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, and repair molds
• Bench work, hand grinding, and diamond polishing to A1 surface finish
• TIG welding and Laser Welding
• CNC Mills, EDM set-up, and CAM programming
• Performs preventative maintenance to molds and equipment
• Ability to tun manual mills, lathes, drill press, etc.
• Assist with press calls when required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

OPTIONAL/PREFERRED SKILLS:
