Responsibilities:

• Supply machines with flats of shell eggs to ensure continuous operation.
• Lift and carry up to 6 flats of eggs (20-30 lbs.) safely.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and quality standards, including GMP and HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with machine jams and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Report safety or quality issues to management.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to read simple words and numbers, perform basic math, and follow instructions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. safely.
• Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work indoors in wet, humid conditions.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
