Caterpillar is hiring a Machine Loader for Sanford, NC. The role includes loading/unloading heavy fabrication components, supporting machinists or welders, and keeping the fabrication area clean and orderly while following documented procedures and blueprints.

Starting wage is $20.20/hour with an 8% shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Overtime may apply with a comprehensive benefits package and day-one eligibility.

Qualifications
