Base pay range

$250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Systems Engineer to help build and scale cutting-edge infrastructure powering one of the world’s most advanced 3D generative AI platforms. If you're passionate about building high-performance systems and want to work at the intersection of deep learning, computer graphics, and large-scale infrastructure, this role is for you.

You’ll join a fast-growing team of experts in AI, graphics, and creative technology—including alumni from top academic institutions and tech giants—working together to unlock creativity through AI-generated 3D content. Our platform turns text and images into detailed 3D assets in minutes, serving millions of users globally.

What You’ll Do

Training Infrastructure

• Collaborate with researchers to build and scale training systems for foundational 3D models.
• Design and optimize distributed training pipelines running across hundreds or thousands of GPUs.
• Develop custom 3D operators in CUDA or Triton, and manage high-throughput pipelines.
• Build and maintain training clusters and scheduling systems.

Inference & Deployment

• Build efficient inference endpoints with complex model pipelines.
• Optimize models using techniques like fusion, quantization, and compilation.
• Work across teams to integrate models into production environments.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in machine learning systems or high-performance computing.
• Proficiency with at least one ML framework (e.g., PyTorch, JAX/Flax).
• Strong coding skills in Python and/or C++.
• Performance-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Fast learner who’s comfortable navigating large, complex codebases.
• Clear communicator, able to work well across a distributed team.
• Familiarity with PyTorch internals (e.g. torch.compile, FSDP2).
• Experience with Triton kernels or CUDA.
• Exposure to large-scale distributed training and parallelization methods (DP, TP, CP, ZeRO).
• Background in 3D or video diffusion models.
• Experience with BF16 or FP8 training.
