We have partnered with leading pharmaceutical companies to deliver state-of-the-art solutions in computational drug design.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Machine Learning Scientist to join our dynamic, remote team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of innovative ML models aimed at generating small molecules, particularly for early-stage drug leads. This position is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging machine learning to tackle complex challenges in drug discovery and eager to push the boundaries of AI in this exciting field. No prior biology knowledge is required!

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Development: Develop and advance foundational ML models for generating small molecules, particularly drug leads
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and pharmaceutical partners to integrate ML models and optimize drug discovery workflows.
Pre-trained Models: Enhance and contribute to pre-trained models tailored to generating drug molecules and improving computational drug discovery methods.
Innovation: Drive the adoption of state-of-the-art deep learning techniques, including diffusion models, transformers, and Bayesian optimization, to solve pressing challenges in drug discovery.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related discipline (prior knowledge of chemistry is not required).
Expertise in machine learning techniques, with a strong focus on generative models, including diffusion models, Transformers, and Bayesian optimization.
Demonstrated expertise through first-author publications in top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, and ICML.
