Mass General Brigham is seeking a Research Fellow to conduct independent and collaborative research under the supervision of the Principal Investigator. The role involves designing experiments, analyzing data, reviewing literature, and disseminating findings through publications and conferences.

You will mentor students and contribute to grant proposals while advancing innovative solutions within a dynamic team. Hybrid work arrangement is available in Boston, MA, with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of research experience.
• Ability to conduct independent and collaborative research.
• Grant proposal experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, plan, and execute research experiments aligned with departmental goals.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data using appropriate statistical methods.
• Conduct literature reviews to inform research direction and methodologies.
• Prepare and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, and researchers to foster a positive environment.
• Mentor graduate and undergraduate students on research methods.
• Assist in preparing grant proposals and funding applications.
• Prepare periodic reports on research progress and outcomes.
