As a Machine Learning Engineer focused on Search Quality, you will help build Glean’s search and assistant capabilities for work, contributing to systems that understand queries and documents, adapt language models to customer content, and improve personalization and ranking performance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new signals aimed at improving personalization across Glean’s search engine.
• Train models that capture interactions among signals within the ranking system.
• Create smarter approaches for domain-adapting language models to each customer’s corpus.
• Explore methods for combining LLMs with search engines to answer complex questions.
• Write robust code that is readable, maintainable, and testable.

Compensation

USD 140,000 - 265,000 per year.
