Job summary

Dexian DISYS is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for a 100% remote, 12+ month engagement. The role focuses on designing, training, and optimizing traditional statistical ML models and building scalable PySpark data pipelines.

Ideal candidates bring expert Python, PySpark, Scikit-learn, SQL, and strong math/statistics foundations. Note: this role explicitly excludes GenAI/LLMs. The interview process is described as very tough, with multiple rounds and coding assessments.

Interview Process – Very Tough

1. Round 1 – 60 mins: Technical + coding (Video ON, full screen share)
2. Round 2 – 120 mins: Technical deep dive + coding
3. Round 3 – 60 mins: Offshore panel
