Must have expert Python, PySpark, Scikit-learn, SQL, and strong math/statistics fundamentals; no GenAI/LLMs allowed. The interview process is described as very tough, with multiple rounds including coding and offshore panel.

1. Round 1 - 60 mins: Technical + coding (Video ON, full screen share)
2. Round 2 - 120 mins: Technical deep dive + coding
3. Round 3 - 60 mins: Offshore panel
