About The Role

We’re seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI/ML team. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, data science, and real-world impact—collaborating with clients and stakeholders to design and deploy ML-powered tools that solve meaningful problems. This role involves model development, backend engineering, and infrastructure work to build scalable systems, support R&D, and deploy machine learning solutions in production environments.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain reliable, scalable AI/ML systems and data pipelines.
• Manage and improve cloud infrastructure for model deployment and operational stability.
• Identify and solve engineering challenges, incorporating client feedback.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and external stakeholders to integrate ML into production.
• Support tooling and R&D to streamline experimentation, training, and model serving.

What We Need

• 2+ years of experience in software or ML engineering, or data-focused development roles.
• Experience deploying ML models or supporting AI/ML workloads in production.
• Experience working with external stakeholders or in client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with production ML systems, RAG pipelines, or agent-based applications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data science concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to write clean, modular code and develop automated tests.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles, model tracking, monitoring, and versioning.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation

Our salary structure reflects market conditions and individual value, with regional adjustments. The base salary range is $128,000 - $151,000. Bonuses and equity are available for roles above entry level. Final compensation depends on location, experience, skills, and market factors. Additional benefits will be discussed during hiring.
