Benjamin ищет опытного Senior Machine Learning Engineer для руководства полным ML-циклoм, от EDA до продакшна. Вы будете разрабатывать и разворачивать модели, следить за качеством данных, участвовать в проектировании конвейеров и сотрудничать с командами data engineering в быстрорастущем финтехе.

Qualificações

• 5+ лет опыта разработки на Python с применением инженерных практик (тестирование, ревью кода, CI/CD).
• 3+ года работы с DS/ML инструментами: PyTorch, MLflow, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn.

Responsabilidades

• Полный цикл ML: EDA, формулировка задачи, прототипирование, продакшн-вывод моделей.
• Проектирование, сборка и развёртывание ML-моделей, поддержка ключевых продуктов.
• Сборка и поддержка пайплайнов обучения, ретренинга и оценки, ведение экспериментов через MLflow.
• Настройка мониторинга качества данных и моделей, обработка дрейфа.
• Сотрудничество с data engineering по надёжным конвейерам и SQL-фичам; повышение инженерного уровня команды.

We\'re on the lookout for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Machine Learning Engineer to our team! At Benjamin, we\'re passionate about rewarding everyday actions through our MoMo's (Money Moments). Benjamin is a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants and gamers to earn cash, called Benjamin Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back.

Задачи:

Own the full ML lifecycle: EDA, problem framing, prototyping, productionizing, and operating models in production. Design, build and deploy ML models that power core product and business decisions. Build and run training, retraining and evaluation pipelines, including experiment tracking and model versioning with MLflow. Set up monitoring for model performance, data quality and drift, and act on what it shows. Write well-tested, maintainable Python and ship through CI/CD on AWS. Partner with data engineering on reliable, efficient data pipelines and SQL-based feature work. Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, design discussions and mentoring other engineers and data scientists.

• 5+ years of hands-on Python software development, with strong engineering practices: testing, code review, CI/CD, Git, and working with AWS and SQL.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with DS/ML tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, MLflow, NumPy, pandas and scikit-learn.
• A track record of building, deploying and maintaining ML models in production, not only in notebooks.
• Comfort owning the whole ML development cycle: EDA, prototyping, productionizing, and building and operating (re)training and evaluation pipelines.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues, and the judgment to balance model quality against delivery speed.
• Experience building recommender systems.
• Experience in the AdTech industry.
• Experience building deep neural network (DNN) models.
• Experience with GCP and Snowflake.
