The Role

We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who is equal parts strategist and engineer — someone who thrives in deep technical environments and can translate theory into scalable, production-grade systems. You’ll join a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and innovators building at the frontier of AI.

• 5+ years in ML/AI roles with a proven track record of delivering impact
• Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
• Experience with large-scale model training (LLMs, CV, NLP, or multimodal)
• Strong understanding of architecture design, optimisation, and deployment
• Proficiency with cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD workflows for ML

Bonus Points If You’ve:

• Worked with transformers, RLHF, or model compression techniques
• Contributed to open-source machine learning tools or frameworks
• Built or scaled products used by thousands or millions of users
• Published research or hold patents in applied AI

• Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists on high-impact projects
