Job summary

HireKeyz Inc. in Piscataway, NJ is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to oversee multiple AI and GenAI initiatives, manage day-to-day delivery activities, and coordinate cross-functional teams with client stakeholders.

You will ensure timely, high-quality delivery, governance and security, track milestones and value realization, and provide executive-level updates while removing delivery obstacles for complex enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project delivery experience as an Engineering Leader.
• 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions and governance.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
