Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a hands-on Member of Technical Staff in Machine Learning & Agent Security Engineering in San Francisco. You will build production AI services and agentic workflows, focusing on high availability, scalability, and security in cloud environments.

Ideal candidates have strong Python software and ML foundations, experience operating production systems, and familiarity with Generative AI and LLM technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software or ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Fundamentals of software engineering, APIs, testing, and debugging.
• Experience building/operating production software and ML apps.
• Experience with scale, performance, and concurrency challenges.
• Practical ML knowledge and libraries/frameworks.
• Familiarity with Generative AI/LLMs and cloud-based apps.
• Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and operate high-availability AI and LLM agent systems.
• Engineer scalable security intelligence pipelines and models.
