Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a Machine Helper for 1st shift in Texas. You will assist operators on presses, handle setup tasks, monitor quality, and contribute to process improvements on a fast-paced production line.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 6 months in related press/finishing roles; a Lift Truck license may be required. Competitive hourly wages start at $15+ with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows factory masters and instructions.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set-up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on machine accurately.
• Assist operator in other duties.
• Monitor board quality and report defects to maintain machine performance.
• Maintain production schedule and assist in optimization to meet cost, quality and service goals.
• Complete maintenance work orders and participate in equipment upkeep.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping policies.
