Job summary

Greenheck Group in Schofield, WI is seeking an Application Developer Co-op for January–August 2027. You will support development, testing, and enhancement of business applications using C#, XML, SQL, and related technologies, while learning through real projects in an international HVAC manufacturer.

This paid co-op offers exposure to data reporting with Power BI, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to grow skills in AI-assisted development tools, Jira, and Git.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program in a technical field.
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters.
• Experience with object-oriented programming through coursework/projects.
• Familiarity with C#, SQL, XML, or similar languages.
• Exposure to Git, Jira, testing, debugging, and version control.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL querying.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to Power BI, Python, data visualization, or AI-assisted tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

The starting base pay range for this position is $20.00/hour - $28.00/hour and is based on position and academic year.
