Job summary

Aventure Staffing seeks an experienced micro electronics assembler in Hawarden, IA to operate high-magnification equipment and micro-tools, assembling, winding, and inspecting miniature magnetic parts and electronic components. Shifts include 1st from 7:00 to 3:30 and 2nd from 3:00 to 11:30, with a $1.50 shift differential on the second shift.

Candidates should have excellent manual dexterity, high visual acuity for microscope work, basic math and computer literacy for data input, and a strong
