Job summary

Amcor LLC in Libertyville, IL is hiring for a manufacturing associate focused on quality assurance and production support. You will perform regular quality checks, monitor injection machines, and ensure proper labeling and packing of products to support a safe, efficient production line.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1 year of manufacturing experience, with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods. Starting pay is competitive with a rotating shift schedule.

  • Must regularly stand and walk; lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to operate label maker and barcode scanners.
  • Follows safety and 5S principles.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance by inspecting the products and escalating any quality issues.
  • Conducts 2-hour visual checks as required.
  • Continuously monitors Injection Machines' production and packs product.
  • Ensures Injection Machine production is maintained and escalates issues to Shift Leader.
  • Removes jammed parts and completes required documentation.
