This position plays a key role in supporting production operations by assisting with machine setup, monitoring product quality, performing basic maintenance, and helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Machine Assistant Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment
• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with specifications and company standards
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools
• Accurately enter production, downtime, and maintenance data into computer systems
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and maintain production flow
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards

Physical Requirements

Schedule Requirements

• 2nd Shift position
• Must be flexible to work in a 3-shift manufacturing environment when needed
• Ability to work overtime before or after scheduled shifts, up to 12-hour workdays
• Occasional weekend work may be required

Full Time Evaluation Hire Position

M-F 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

$21.03 / hour
